Virtual Run with Melanie
𝙑𝙄𝙍𝙏𝙐𝘼𝙇 𝙃𝙄𝙆𝙀 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙈𝙀𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙄𝙀
Join our vurtual hike with Melanie Cox of Common Abode raising money for ImpactHK in honour of International Women's Day ⛰ She will be taking on the energising and challenging 𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐋 🏃♂️🏃
How does it work, you ask? Mel will hike the whole Hong Kong Trail on March 26 along with fellow F&B family members including La Cabane and Mel is encouraging all of us to take on this mileage challenge from now until April 8, even if you'd like to do a section of the trail only.
To enter this mileage challenge, donate a minimum of HKD 100 to Mel's 'Virtual Hong Kong Trail Fundraising Hike' Spark Raise page and start hiking with your Strava on!
The money raised will go directly to ImpactHK whose projects primarily support people experiencing homelessness.
Take this opportunity to take a breather outside amid these difficult times and contribute to ImpactHK great cause in supporting those in need!

This is an open invitation to all those working in the F&B eco-system. We have a limited number of F&B RUN CLUB Nike T-shirts and will be distributing them on a first-come, first-serve basis.

HIKE: The Peak Scramble
Hi F&B friends. Want to conquer a less-travelled trail? Join our first hike this Saturday and celebrate with refreshing drinks and nibbles at Stazione Novella in Soho afterwards. It will be an off-trail route to the peak including a hike, scramble and a little wall walk on ropes. Then we pop out at the top on Lugard Road where we can have a nice stroll down morning trail.
